Oh my gosh

I've had this phone for less than a month, and I'm already having problems.
1) the headphone socket stops working and the starting.
2) it started earlier today, but I can now not lock my phone when msoc is playing?
3) the volume keeps going up and down randomly, my hand won't be near the volume toggle and it'll change?
Yeah its super annoying any help will be much appreciated ^^

1. Try a different charger or cable

2. What happen when you lock the screen?

3. do you have a protective case or film?
