WiFi and Bluetooth not working and random reset on Xperia sp

My xsp used to run very smooth on android 4.3 without any bugs.but when I rooted it and installed "external 2 internal storage" app and tried to change internal with external the phone suddenly started random restarts and and I couldn't use it so then I flashed the ftf with flashtool and after that the WiFi and WiFi hotspot were not working and if I used some heavy apps the phone suddenly restarted.so now WiFi and Bluetooth and WiFi hotspot not working and the speed has decreased and I get some random restarts during the day....
Now what do I do??!! Pleases help....

When you manually flashed your device did you flash the correct country firmware that you are in? Have you relocked your bootloader using Flashtools and have you tried performing a system repair?

I don't know which country but I flashed the generic MEA 12.1.A.1.201 and also I have flashed it before and nothing happened

MEA is Middle East and Africa and you say you flashed it before but was your bootloader unlocked then

And the bootloader was locked at the first time but I don't know what system repair is.. How should I do it??!!

Open Flashtools and select BLU at the top and follow the instructions to relock your bootloader then follow the below guide

Performing a system repair - This will factory reset your phone

Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the onscreen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process

If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP

does it have a dofference with flashing with flashtools? because i got limited bandwich and have to download a lot....

Relocking the bootloader won't download anything however in the case of Pc Companion you will but lock the bootloader then flash the .ftf file you have making sure that you select to wipe data etc leave the other boxes alone then test

I tried repairing with pc companion and I'm using my phone but still wife and bluetooth connections not working but I haven't seen a reboot YET...
