Xperia Tipo Problem in starting

Dear Sirs,

Using Xperia Tipo. It has suddenly stopped switching on and stuck on "Xperia" message on Screen. I need to recover data loaded in Phone's Memory. Help me out.

If your phone won't switch on then unfortunately recovering info can't be done, Have you tried removing the battery and then holding the power button to clear the eeprom memory then replace the battery and try starting your deive

Just worked on your advice but all in vain. Can you suggest some other measures? And if finally data is not at all recoverable, can you please tell me how to reset the phone?

Try performing a system repair as this will often fix issues - This will factory reset your phone so unfortunately data will be erased and non recoverable

Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the onscreen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process

If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP
