Switching between two SIM

I have 2 SIM for my phone.

I know, it's not possible to have the both in the phone the same time. So I change the card if I need the other one.

After every change the phone recommend me to restore the Backup made with "Sichern & Wiederhestellen" -> "Backup & Restore"
This is of course not a good idea!

Is there a way to change that behavior?

I don't think its possible to change this.

Google a program called Debloater on XDA - Your phone does not need to be rooted then with your phone connected run the scan then find the app in question and tick the box and then update - This will disable the app but not delete and will stop this restore message you have - And if you want it back then do the reverse or open settings then apps then tap the 3 dots and select reset app preferences
