camera lens coating problem

i got a problem with my camera lens coating! it's like dots on the camera, i cant describe it!.. i never dropped the phone or did anything wrong!! what is this? can i fix it?? :(!

If its like something blueish or something then i did with my z3 something like this. I took a brush, some toothpaste and rubbed it gently and then i rinsed it with water and ot came off

Well it was many times in water. Im saying that when you brush the lens i rinced it with water under the sink

if the was caused by water fog u may try recording in 4k for sometimes leaving the taps open
