I feel very sorry Sony, the camera of the phone is not working, always show me a message (failed to initialize camera) , and when I go to open it, I find a black screen and ( camera not available), I do not know really what to do to re-turn on the camera .knowing that i do force stop and clear data from camera app, and also doesn't work, please help me

Please try this: Main Menu > Settings > Apps > All > Camera > Force Stop > Clear Data > Reboot the phone.

also repair your phone with PCC
