cant call anybody.. :(

Hey Guys,

everything is fine on my xperia Z1.. I can use the 3G and surf in the internet.

but its impossible to call somebody.. it i try to call somebody it beeps one time and then the call is over..

there is no connection..

in my other phone my micro sim card works fine..

i hope u can help me..

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Are you able to receive phone calls? Have you tried another SIM-card in your Xperia Z1 to see if you experience the same behaviour?

now i checked another sim card from another provider.. and it works..

It does not sound related to a problem with your phone if it works with another SIM-card. I would suggest that you contact your network provider to see if you can order a new SIM-card and hopefully it will work fine.
