Frozen z1

Hey all, I'm new here and my new z1 is frozen! This is my second one in 2 weeks with the same problem!

It won't reset with the side button, does nothing when hooked to the pc'

I can get it to the emergency screen with the safe mode logo but still it's frozen!

Any ideas? :smileywhew:

Press and hold power and volume up for about 5 seconds

Tried that a few times and it's still frozen.

That seems to be a hardware issue rather than software

You could try to repair it with PCC

Just a note: With both phones they both had the same problem when I did the installs for the smart band. The downloads came from the play store.

Just repair the phone and do NOT install any antivirus or taskiller apps

I've tried PC Companion and the safe mode and it's still a frozen screen. There's a new phone on it's way but how do I stop this from happening again?

Repair the phone with PCC and check again
