Thanks , so it should work with a portable AMP/Dac like FIIO Andes through Micro to mini USB OTG cable.

So I contacted Sony care Romania and they stated that my D2203 model has OTG/USB Host, however those features doesn't work as it should. My mobile AMP/Dac FIIO E07K doesn't work> reapeating ''tic-tic'' sound through headphones. my USB memory stick is sometimes detected. After activating USB storage it tell me that the stick is detected but it is deteriorated and needs formatting. After pressing format it tells me that sd card was taken off( I don't have an sd card installed). I reformated the usb memory as fat 32 and it works. My USB mouse doesn't work either. The Led that luminates the brand logo is flickering.

Configuration: USB device (AMP/Dac or memory stick or usb mouse)>OTG cable (i have two and with one of them nothing is working)> E3

All those devices are working with my pc and my other 2 phones: Samsung Note 4 and Alcatel One touch C7. I will test them with LG l70 today or tomorrow.

One more thing, When I start the E3 I receive ''error initializing USB'' message but the phone is connecting well at PC and works with the charger.

If you were moved the apps from phone to SD card then using otg PENDRIVE is creating issues to moved apps to SD card,either it not works or device restarts

Hey please can you tell if otg really supports in e3 dual
Because when I tried nothing happened not even a beep or notification
Did you tried more than two otg and as you stated nothing works in one of your otg is that means in that otg when connected no notification was there
Because I tried only with one otg but with different media devices pendrive data card.they works on otg on my. Xolo q800 x but not with xperia. E3
Does otg cable also has some categories or specs to buy.do I need to change otg
Please tell

Just reporting that I was able to use a Dualshock 3 connected through an OTG cable. It worked for two weeks, now it doesn't work anymore.

I'm trying to find out why.

Edit: It's working now. I just had to let the phone's battery drain, then restarted the phone and the Dualshock now works perfectely.

If the Bluetooth isn't connecting, just remove the DS3 from Settings -> Bluetooth, and pair it again.

There is a problem with my xperia e3 while am trying to connect a pendrive using a Samsung otg connector, there is no notification when I connect and not seeing it in file commander why dis hapening?? Its working correctly for one month

I bought this OTG Card Reader few days back...it said it works with phones having OTG function...my xperia E3 doesn't even detect it...i tried with Samsung Note 4...it got connected...so what's the problem with my phone?

Some otg cables may not work. Once you find one, everything works even usb audio with ANY player or recorder. DS3 + Game keyboard lets you play any game with touch as default. Awesome device,

Has anyone successfully connected an Arduino to an E3 using OTG?

When I connect my Uno, the lights just flash really quickly on the board the the phone doesn't seem to pick it up. Perhaps the phone can't supply it with enough power. When I connect my Mega, nothing happens at all.

I have a Xperia E3 (DS2203) and I recently bought and OTG adapter, like the one shown on like above:

My goal was to connect my phone to an Naze32 board in order to configure it using the EZ-GUI app:

First time I connected it, everything went just fine. Phone was powering the board (leds started blinking) and the EZ-GUI app was able to detect the board and communicate with it.

I played a little with it and it was working just fine. But then after a few tries it stopped working: I connected the board and it wasn't even powered. First I though something went wrong with the hardware, but after many frustrated tries I decided to just format the phone (using sony companion) and after that, sure enough, it was working just fine again.

Unfornately, after a few times using it, it stopped working again, just like happened before.

Maybe it's important to add that I tried other USB devices (like an USB drive) and the behaviour was the same: it was detected and working fine, but then stopped working.

I really would appreciate if anyone could please help me with this issue.
