Hello, I have my Sony Xperia Z3 from 4 months and now, after the update of the system I have big problem . My screen doesn't work normally. When i try to touch it, on the screen appears black lines, green and purple spots. I didn't dropped, , neiher make it wet. I tried to repair the phone with Pc Companion but it doesn't work. It is very annoying to not see normally your screen. I hope you understand my situation and to receive your answer.,

I'm sorry to hear that. But if you have tried with a software repair via PC Companion but the problem persist, it sounds more related to a hardware problem. I suggest that you visit nearest service center to have the phone exmained by a technician. Hi, I received a message off Whatsapp and my Xperia Z3 screen instantly turned a green and purple colour. I've tried restarting the phone 3 times hoping it would help, but hasn't. Please advise the best option.
