Heating problem

When i use wifi connection my phone is heating for so long time. I am really dissapointed with this phone because i can not use wifi connection at all. It is really annoying. When i use wifi connection phone can not be used because it heats so much so it causes freezing in my phone. It becomes really slow. This situation happens for a year it is really annoying. I hate this phone. When i connect my laptop to fix this problem it does not help. Please help me !!!

There's nothing wrong with your phone, just like any phone, the more you use it the hotter it will get; with that said, if you are syncing multiple accounts and or services and or playing games it will get hot a lot faster

When i use my own internet it is not hot. It is normal and battery is normal but when i use wifi my phone is like burning. I am not playing any game or something else. It is not normal don't you get it ? I can not use my phone properly because of that problem

Most likely you have G+ auto backup, and its probably set up to back up while on wifi. If not G+ then another app

I know that so ı close my g+ auto backup long time ago. There is nothing i tried to fix it

It has to be an app, boot on safe mode and check again

I think safe mode is kind of useless. I used safe mode once and it was better than now

Safemode will point out if its a preloaded app or an app that you installed

Okay i am going to try it now but how can i understand what is problem on safe mode do you have an idea ? I really thanks for your help my friend. I hope i am going to be able to understand what is problem when i use safe mode

turn on your wifi > if your phone heats up faster than using data, then its a preloaded app uploading/downloading data, if it doesn't then its a third party app that you had downloaded that is creating this issue.

There is not any problem Ssfe mode on phone. You were right but how can i know what app is the problem ?

Pc companion is not working now. When i try to repair my phone with pc companion windows stopped it and program shut down. I don't understand why it is not working

That's going to be hard to say, you could open the phone drawer, swipe left to right, installed and delete one by one or just repair your phone with PCC or factory reset with Myxperia or android device manager

When i open my phone normally not safe mod the problem is going on again but i can not find out what app is problem. Thank you so much again. If you have any solution like how can i find out which app is problem please let me know

I looked as you said but it seems there is nothing wrong , just facebook, whatsapp

google play services There is nothing unusual i do not understand why this is happening
