I bought my Xperia z3 in December in Orlando but I live in Brazil. And when I came back I detected a failure on a lane of my touch screen. I already contacted the Brazilian technical support but they can do nothing because the warranty is not international. And if I send to the American technical support they can not send it back to Brazil. So did I lose my money? I can not believe it. Does anyone have an idea?

Sorry to hear that, but the warranty only apply in the country the phone was purchased, also you could ask if you could pre-pay the shipping cost to send it back to Brazil.

I had exactly the same problem with mine.

Took 4 or 5 pictures then the touch screen stopped working, it started reboting and now it's gone.

I can't turn it on anymore.

I bought mine in US and live in Brazil. Sony Brazil said I have no warranty here.

I'll have to send it to US and find a way to have it back as they don't return it to Brazil.

I've got very frustrated about Sony. We are talking about an international company that is known all over the world and they can not solve a simple problem.
