      <title>Ringtone volume issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Need help. When a call incomes the ringtone doesn´t sound. In the settings opcion in sound all have volume up except the ringtone bar. When trying to increase the volume and select &amp;nbsp;"ok" it doesn´t work and the volume is still on mute. What should i do at this point? oviously without resetting the phone to factory mode i dont want to lose&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried a reboot? Do you have a bluetooth device connected that is&amp;nbsp;controlling audio for calls etc? or do you possibly have a faulty jack connection?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just a few ideas to look into&lt;/P&gt;</description>
