Ringtone volume issues

Need help. When a call incomes the ringtone doesn´t sound. In the settings opcion in sound all have volume up except the ringtone bar. When trying to increase the volume and select "ok" it doesn´t work and the volume is still on mute. What should i do at this point? oviously without resetting the phone to factory mode i dont want to lose

Have you tried a reboot? Do you have a bluetooth device connected that is controlling audio for calls etc? or do you possibly have a faulty jack connection?

Just a few ideas to look into

Try booting on safe mode and see if that helps.
