      <description>&lt;P&gt;Um Absurdo!!! Em menos de duas semana, o LCD (Display Touchscreen) do meu Z3 Compact rachou devido a super-aquecimento. O aparelho nunca sofreu uma queda e pouco foi usado. A rachadura na tela impossibilita o uso. Enviei pra assistência tecnica autorizada em SÃO PAULO, e lá ficou durante 10 dias até que me foi remetido de volta com o mesmo problema e um laudo de mau uso.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;O Consumidor é deixado de lado pela loja, pelo fabricante, pela assistência técnica, estou de mao atadas, sem usar meus serviços de telefonia por não ter aparelho disponível.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Só me resta agora como última esperança os meios legais de defensoria ao consumidor, e se mesmo assim não obtiver sucesso, irei até o fim,brigando na justica pela compensação de todos esses danos materiais e morais que sofri por conta deste descaso.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In English:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;A&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;Absurd&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;!!!&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;In less than&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;two weeks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;, the LCD&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;(&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Display&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;Touchscreen&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;)&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;my&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;Z3&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;Compact&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;cracked&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;due to&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;overheating&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;The device&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;never&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;had a fall&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;and&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;was&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;little&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;used.&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;The crack&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;on the screen&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;makes it impossible to&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;use.&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;Sent&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;for&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;technical assistance&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;authorized&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;in&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;SAO PAULO,&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;and stayed there&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;for 10 days&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;until I&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;was sent&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;back with&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;the same problem and&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;misuse&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;of&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;report&lt;/SPAN&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;Consumer&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;is left&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;the store&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;by the manufacturer&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;for technical assistance&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;, I am&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;tied&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;hand&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;,&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;without using&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;my&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;phone service&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;for not having&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;equipment&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;available.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I can only&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;hope&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;now as&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;last&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;legal means&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;of&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;consumer&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;advocacy&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;, and if&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;still&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;not successful&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;, I will&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;to the end,&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;fighting&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;in&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;justice&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;by&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;clearing&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;all these&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;material and moral&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;damage&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;suffered&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;on account&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;of this&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;neglect&lt;/SPAN&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
