      <description>&lt;P&gt;So, my mums phone was playing up (not charging, switching itself off and on). So thought before I even do a factory reset or anything i'll&amp;nbsp;transfer all of the photos to the sd card. But in doing so, it's lost the majority if it, even though there was plenty of room for it to go across. It's no where to be found. When I go in to file Commander, it says it's empty.&amp;nbsp;&lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.com.mk/html/images/smilies/056.png" alt="Crying_Face" title="Crying_Face" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please help!!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yeah. only a handful went across to SD. Even though there was/is ample room. The files in Internal storage now say empty.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
