smartwatch 2 last update problem

I update yesterday my smartwatch 2 to the latest firmware and after that my watch always restarting. I cannot connect it with my phone or to go to watch menu to change the settings. Any ideas?

Try to unpair your watch from your phone via Settings then Bluetooth then reboot your watch and see if you are able to reconnect or pair your watch again which can fix this issue

I unpair the watch from my phones bluetooth settings but when i opened the watch it restarted before it connect with the phone.

How i reset the SW2? When i open the watch it reboot after the Sony label.

That's a predicament, what if you connect the SW2 to a wall charger > press and hold the power button for 20 seconds
