Hi I bought this Z2 four months ago and Im tired with issues. First the phone could not tranfer from internal to SD 64GB.

It freezes, while doing things on it. Its internal memory is constantly full. I call sony and sent me repair instructions. Reset the phone to original settings. I use my phone online constantly, but its slower than my old PC at home. I could not open my emails yesterday, I had to remove apps and lots of photos from internal memory. Then phone had failed to transfer them to SD card.

I JUST WANT A FAST OPERATING PHONE, CAPABLE OF MULTI TASKING. RIGHT NOW ITS WORSE THAN MY OLD IPHONE4S.

HELP PLEASE, THIS HAS BEEN SO TIME CONSUMING WITHOUT SOLUTION.

EVEN THE PHOTOS I TRANSFERRED TO SD ARE STILL ON INTERNAL MEMORY TOO.

THE TOUCH SCREEN DOES NOT RESPOND AT ALL SOMETIMES. I PUT IT DOWN TO MEMORY, BUT COULD BE WRONG.

Google has stopped SD card modification from android 4.4+ ..so all you can do is connect your phone to a PC and transfer all data from internal memory to SD card..this is our only option left .we can't even download direct to SD card anymore as this a security thing that Google did to 4.4

For this you need to either return your device to the place of purchase or contact Xperia care http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/
