    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thankyou for your answer !&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; They say that there was a mechanical shock (It is not true ). I contacted Sony representance of my country. They say to send the phone to sony service , but they also say that if they don't see any fabrication issue they will return my phone in the same shape (cracked ). It is not correct !!!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; If the service from my country (Romania)&amp;nbsp; can't&amp;nbsp; help me . Do you can help me with some advices or , recommendation letter , i don't know...... But Is not correct to buy a phone that have a factory issue and Sony to do nothing , unless to say , is your fault......&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sorry but i don't speak very good english .&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Sony !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;10 days&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;ago&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;I&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;purchased a&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;Sony&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;xperia&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;E3&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;. Today I noticed that the housing near the power button is cracked .
