Videocalls through data it's not natively supported by Android, it has been requested before since 2011, it's not going to happen, that's my opinion

@stockyvillage I believe he is asking for videocalls over 3G, w/o data or wifi

Thanks uliwooly.That's never going to happen,especially with the way Google are pushing their own software.Plus I don't know of any phone running lollipop that has this as an OEM only feature

Indeed, it doesn't make sense that google will do that, as Google need data/wifi connection to make ads profit.
