You cannot by default,look on google play for something like call blacklist.

Ecid will do what you want,but it is not a free app.It will also tell you who is calling without looking at screen

Just mess up with your text messages settings 😛 you won't get any messages. Well if you want to hide the notification then you can do it under settings... Apps... And check for messaging...

I have had consumers in the past advise that Calls Blacklist is a good way to perform such a task. I suggest you check this app out, this is however not developed by Sony mobile.

Sony needs to sort this out. It is available as an option on many other brands of smartphone.
