Broken Screen - can anybody point me to a place to get it fixed?

I dont know the IMEI so i cannot register it on the Xperia care site so i cant get Sony to fix it for me and for some reason the reputable repair sites dont list the T3 as one of their options

i cannot get the IMEI now as the lower half of the screen is totally unresponsive

You should be able to find a label under the SD-card cover which states your IMEI-number:
