Hello!! I bought my Xperia E3 a month ago. The phone seems to have a serious problem with playing music. When I am playing my music, suddenly I am not able to hear any sound and the sound might sometimes return after a few seconds or it might not return at all. This is a big problem for me as I listen to lots of songs.I tried to use another music app but the same problem occurred. I restored factory settings but also no changes.I got a new Sony headphone,it became worse. I went through the users forum and i found someone else Who faced the same problem. It might be a defect in all Xperia E3 models. If i can fix the problem on my own please advise me or else send an update to fix the glitch.

I think E3 owers will store their music in sd card. Because E3 has less internal storage. Pre-installed apps consumed lots of storage.

I'm using Samsung Plus Class 10 32GB. The music hangs from 5 - 8 seconds then it comes back. I tried switching to another class 10 - SD Card (Toshia, Sandisk Extreme, Transcend Premium etc...) but it's no use. This bug still happened.

I don't use any antivirus or taskkiller apps. I also used PC Companion or factory reset but the bug is still there. Many people got this bug.

-PC Companion doesn't help.

-Factory reset is useless.

-Changing sd card or another music player is no use.

Surely this is a bug of firmware or it could be hardware problem.

Almost sony phones are made in China.

By the way, walkman are updated to version 8.5.A.0.6 and the bug occurs even more usually than the previous version. What the h e l l? What are you doing, Sony? The music hangs many times after updating 8.5.A.0.6.
