A few weeks ago my Xperia J started to Crash app would fail and become useless, not respond and I'd get a notification that they crashed. At first I didn't know why, but I soon realized it might have been because I accidentally uninstalled Google Play Services, I think it was called. To fix the problem I factory reset my phone, which seemed to have fixed the problem for about two weeks as it started to fail again. I made sure not to uninstall anything this time around to make sure it wouldnt happen, yet it still did. So I factory reset my phone for a 2nd time. Yet again it worked for about 2 weeks without a problem and now im noticing a few of my apps are crashing again, I really dont want to reset my phone again it's getting a bit annoying at this point. Is there anything I can do to fix it? I've had this phone since about January 2014 and this is the only major problem I've had.

The effected apps would be;
Facebook Messenger
Whatsapp Messenger
My Media (ie my pictures won't load in my gallery)
Talk
And a few others.

Any help on this subject would be appreciated, Thanks!
