,after i updated the sony update my fb apps are gone and says incompatible.. .idont know what to do. . .pls bring bck the update that has a compatible for fb apps.. . .

That's a facebook issue, try this

settings > apps > all > facebook > clear data and uninstall updates > restart your phone > check again

After i instal the updates my fb apps arn gone. . .even in the settings. . .

Settings > apps > all > scroll to the bottom, btw which Xperia do you have?
