hanging problem

My sony xperia e3 dual hangs usually .. and now is totally stuck up and not even switching off nor moving..is is totally hanged to a photo screen..please tell me some suggestions..

Press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > check again

If that doesn't work then repair your phone with PCC

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

I suggest that you also look through some of the advise below.

Make sure that the proximity sensors located at the top of the display are not covered (by, for example, a hand or a screen cover/protector).

Delete any task killer apps or app managers that have been installed. These kinds of apps may cause the device to hang.

To check if other kinds of apps are causing the problem, start the device in Safe mode. In Safe mode, the phone only starts with preinstalled software and apps. If the phone performance improves in Safe mode, it’s likely that one or more of the downloaded apps are affecting the phone negatively. You can then uninstall the most recently downloaded app and restart the phone.
