I had too replaced the display in my Sony Z c6603 and did it with success

But after some weeks my son dropped the phone in the floor and it went dead

If I charge the phone the red led is gloving and it gets warm in the ear aria. If I try to turn it on the red led is flashing three times. I have done the process with Sony PC Companion and updated with 10.5.1.A.0.292 still no power up...

I guess something inside the phone is eider lost connection or has broken. But watt does the three red flass indicate?
