Restore files from semc backup

I have done a full backup of my Xperia E1 Dual phone, but then I accidentally deleted some application data. How can I restore only the data of the specific application?

The backup won't save all the data from an application.It only saves configuration files,maybe some saved data.

OK, but my question remains: How can I restore the files of only that specific application, whatever they are. In the folder created by the backup, I can see the subfolder of the application and there is content there. However, I cannot just coppy that, can I? So, what do I do?

You cannot and I am sorry but you won't be able to restore.
