Hi,

Why is an app still using energy after closing the app?
Under battery usage you can still see the percentage the app is using. I have the latest firmware 4.4.4
Build 23.0.1.A.0.167

With what apps does this occur? Some apps restart after being closed.

Press back multiple times when you exit the apps/games

Even after stopping the app in apps settings it still shows under battery usage

It depends,some apps stay active and have some of their services send you notifications.You need to force stop them.

Settings-apps-look for the specific installed app and force stop it.

It is a hide and seek game called Shadow Lake from Big Fish. I have stopped the game in apps but it is still in battery usage and using 9%

Even if turn off my phone it is still there after stopping in apps

Thats oke with me but why does it is still working even if it is stopped in apps. I will do some tests on other apps also but thanks for your fast responses.

A lot of Apps are constantly running in the background even when you're not using them...common feature is GPS, if you notice when you download any new App the vast majority always ask for your permissions for certain things before you install, sometimes i wonder why they need these things

Have checked that also but still. I noticed that after a while it closes. But still strange even when you force stop the app or restarting your phone.
