Xperia Z3 headphone jack not working

I bought this phone last mont and headphones worked fine for me, I got MH750 with the phone. But yesterday it didn't work. I tried other headphones, but i can hear the music over the phone speakers. Headphones works fine in other telephone. I tried to repair the software, but it is still the same. It might be the hardware problem., i don't know. The problem is if I take it in the service, it will take two months to get it back, and who knows in what condition. I am sure they won't give me the new phone... Do you have any suggestions, anybody had this problem before...?

thank you.. my country is not listed fo Xperia care and I am so sorry because of that, and returning device to the place of purchase is not possible because they are sending me to the Service they are working with. I don't have good experience with that Service, i am affraid that i will get back dammaged phone, or in a few months, or not get it at all, etc..

So i can use bluetooth headphones instead. What do you think?

Yes, that sounds fine. Bluetooth headphones should work.

Hi, if you do not already own bluetooth headphones see if you can borrow a friends pair if they have them or visit a shop that deals with them and ask to try them out first........would rather you made sure everything was fine before spending your hard earned money :smileysmileywink:
