Poor images

I have a Xperia M C1904 . When I take pictures the images are of poor quality like a blur images . When I looked at the camera lens, I can see there are too many scratches on the lens or camera glass . Now, I want to know whether I can change the camera lens or not at the service centre . And I want to change the back door panel too . Please , tell me whether the camera lens and back door panel is available or not . Thank you .
