unable to dowload applications from playstore : xperia Z

seeing this issue suddenly from cuple of days...

When I update existing applications or installing new applications from google playstore, my xperia Z shows downloading for ever.. but it is not downloading. Download icon coming for a second and disappering ..

Tried with different wifi connections and tried with cleaning google playstore app and also tried un install updates of playstore ..

it is not working as expected.

it is annoying ..

I suggest that you check if there are any active download for the moment via Google Play. Go to Google Play Store > Press in the top left corner (menu button) > My apps > If you see that it's downloading here, press stop and try again.

Otherwise, you can try to clear data for Download manager via Settings > Apps > The tab "All" > Download Manager > Clear data, restart the phone and try again.
