Hello,

Last week I dropped my Sony Experia Z1 in a jug of water. I was in no rush to get it out so it was in water for about 20 seconds. When i removed it from the water it worked perfectly fine for about 2 days then all of a sudden there is no sound being produced by the speakers. Even when I plug in my headphones i still cant hear anything.

When I receive a call the screen goes black and vibrates,

When I try make a call it freezes then a messages pops up saying "com.android.phone is not responding"

When I try play music in the Walkman music player is say no songs available.

I have tried factory reset, safe mode and even reinstalling the software but nothing seems to work. Its like my phone has gone deaf-mute.

Please help.
