xperia 3 caller id

My xperia 3 keeps seeing itself to caller id hidden. I've changed it a few times in call settings to show id but it keeps going back to hidden automatically. If it makes any difference in on Vodafone Ireland.

No. This only started yesterday. Have had the phone a month and no such problem.

I suggest you first try settings-apps-all-phone,force stop and clear data.Restart.

Also,check how it is in safe mode:

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

I still suggest contacting the network carrier regarding this, as they control this option, they can turn this on and off at will.
