I planned my vacation to the end of the year and only lacked a cell to record the good times of my rest. After much research I decided to buy the iPhone 6 plus, however, was convinced by the seller of Fast Shop to buy the Sony Xperia Z3. Claimed that it would be more satisfied by the cost-benefits and that if I was looking for a camera for pictures, this would be the ideal phone. Showed me the propaganda that's on TV where people take pictures under water as well as video recorded on 4K. Impressed, I decided for Xperia Z3 and bought on 07.12.2014. WAS THE WORST DECISION. Traveled with family and at the first opportunity, I tried taking a picture under water. Plunged the phone on the pool surface by about 2 seconds. Were enough to make the phone stop working. When I took the water already did not work the touch. I'm on vacation, no phone and unable to record the times with my family. I called in 0800 by Sony and gave me the address of a service, who informed me that it will take 15 working days to fix.
Sony makes a TV advertising that can immerse the phone in water, and 3/2 that dive, the phone stops working. And this propaganda sells the phone, but that does not match reality.

The person who answered me in the service told me, "the lady was deceived received several cases like yours If I were you seek justice..."

I want a response from Sony. I'll have to spend the rest of my holiday without cell? I seek justice for moral and material damage?
