Call to second number not ringing when first is in use - Z3 Dual

Hiall,

I've only had my Z3 dual for a few days, but have discovered a couple of problems which has me stumped.

If I am on an active call and someone rings my other sim number (and it doesn't matter what way round this is), then the second caller does not get ringing, just silence until the call diverts to voicemail..which is very disconcerting for the caller, as they think the call has dropped.

Youtube videos of the dual sim working showed the second caller hearing ringing before the call went to voicemail, even though the call did not appear on the handset.

Additionally, when I am on a call, the inactive SIM signal meter changes to show an hourglass!! Didn't see that mentioned anywhere either!

One other thing, if I enable the Dual Sim Reachability feature, then not only do I not see the appropriate origination (which I expected), but the calls seem to go to the wrong voicemails as well!

e.g. Sim 1 active

Call to Sim 2

Sim 1 active call notified of waiting call

Sim 2 call diverts to Sim 1 voicemail on no answer!!

Seems a bit counter intuitive, as I would have expected the call to be pulled back and diverted to the SIM 2 voicemail when not answered.

Anyone got any thoughts on either of these two issues?

The device is dual standby,which means one active SIM at a time.

I do get that and understand the standby bit.

However youtube videos show calls to the standy SIM ringing at the callers end, whereas my second caller just get silence, then voicemail
