E3 Dual shutdown problem and Screenlock Problem

Well i have two very serious problems with my phone

1) When i press the Unlock button nothing happens ... i have to press like 10 times and then the screen will show up

2) After something like happens .. i usually like to restart my phone but the screen is stuck at Shut down animation and nothing happens i can see the homescreen and use the powerbutton to on off screen .. So finally i have to hard reset

PS- i checked the ram consumption when this happens its arnd 300mb which i think is ok ..so i wonder what is the problem with my phone ?

Have you checked if the same occurs in safe mode?

Not really tried but i will never know this ..without like working for hours in safe mode .. which i dont want to do

i mean even in normal mode it happens like after 1 day or 8-10hours ... so ?

Goign to a Sony service center is a nightmare .... that is the last option for me

I purchased this model on 9 dec and I am facing same problem I went to service center once they told its software problem so today my software also updated by service center but again still same problem ..now plz tel me wht to do ? I want replacement......

Me too facing same shutdown problem for several hours untill my battery completely drain....insulting.... I prefer sony only because of its uniqueness but these issues insulting customers... We need quick permanent remedy for this.. Or provide us better replacement offers... Please mail me
