xperia m2 problems (mobile data not working) after 4.4.2 update

Hi All, I update my M2 phone to 4.4.2 and build no '183.B.0.31' After that the mobile data is not working properly.. While i am trying to connect mobile data the data connection happens in scatter manner like it it connect for 10 sec the disconnect for 20 sec then connect like this. if any one has any idea please fell to share .

Settings > more > internet settings > accept

I can not connect my data connection even that EE singn is not shown can anyone tell me their own opinions I'll be very thankful to that person...
I tried it many times to.connect but I failed every day... I used to go to settings then more then mobile networks then all that process but still it can not connect...
