where there is a difference in reset (default setting) and a "hard reset" .I want to know, because my phone seems to be full of garbage. every next day I use "clear the cache" and all images are Micro SD card, but what to do? Can I remove or disable other applications, but it is nonsense ... On my X E3 now is a translator, TWOM (game "world of magic" ~ 24MB) facebook and messenger ID track and MP3 cutter ... and some system apps are off. Please help me as soon as possible;-)

Am I right in thinking that the service should reset the phone immediately after replacing the defective part?

Factory reset will erase everything on the internal memory more or less and the hard reset should be a restart of the device.

Could you elaborate on what you mean by that the phone is full of garbage? Do you mean that the phones memory is full or do you have another issue with your phone?
