life log application

I have a problem with my life log app. when i tried to login or open it it asks for terms and conditions and after i agree and move on it shows " Unknown Error and " and the application ends ..

I tried it by clearing the cache

by updating it

by switching on all wifi blue tooth nfc mobile network

basically i use mobile network

it cant even be uninstalled and once again be reinstalled as it is an in built app

i request use to help me in this issue as soon as possible ..

i request you to please send a fix for this
