afte updating my phone to

15.3.A.1.14 it restarts quite few times in a day? i want to do factory settings. will it delete my contacts?

A factory reset will erase everything however I would consider a system repair over a factory reset and also check that my Sim card is not faulty as it is this that is often the cause for restarts
