wifi problems

So everytime I reboot my Z1, wifi turns on and when i try to turn it off, it turns back on. Wifi would only turn off after after I leave it on for about 5 mins. Any idea? Is it a bug? OS kitkat 4.4.4

What if you restart on safe mode or repair the phone with PCC?

This started after I used "Throw" connecting my phone to bravia.

Did you use ScreenMirroring™?

Try unpair/delete your Bravia TV.

Or go to Settings > Xperia™ Connectivity > Delete/unpair everything that connected with your Bravia.

I tried clearing data on the screen mirroring app, still the issue happen. I gues I have to wait til I get home connect my phone to bravia and disconnect it. Hope it solves it.

So I found out it was Anti Thief app from avast that's causing the problem. Still, thank you guys.
