Hi....

I have bought this swr30 yesterday, i have a problem with the firmware update. My firmware update ia failed because the wifi connection is poor

After the failed to update firmware, i never get any notification for firmware update?!

Soo how to manualy update swr30 firmware?? Because my sleep tracking is not function

You need either data or wifi on your phone.

The wifi is still connected with good connection...

Did your swr30 can tracking your sleep??

Yess....my firmware now is 2.0.0.27 and app version is 2.0.0.48 that the latest update???

Until this morning i dont see bed indicator in my swr30 (activity detail apps)

There is the way change to sleep mode manually like swr10??

Yes Sony is aware of the missing sleep timer on the screen but the sleep mode is automatic and can be checked as you know via the Lifelog app

Hi,

sleep tracking is automatic. As far as I know, there is no way to switch the band to "sleep/night" mode manually. But automatic detection works fine for me. Please note that time you spent in bed is not equal to time you really slept. 🙂 From my point of view, automatic tracking is the best way.

Anyway, there is no "sleep time" indicator on the band's activity details screen even if the picture shows it. I don't know the reason. But it is visible in Lifelog application and official release notes for SmartBand Talk application claims that sleep monitoring and smart alarm features were added, sleep monitoring data are available in LifeLog application and future improvements will come. So, I think that current state is intended behavior for some reason and Sony will change it in the future. Of course, smart alarm works for me and the band wakes me up within the defined time period according to sleeping time statistics. 🙂

Hmmmm...i hope sony fix this problem soon..

For smart alarm,notification and others function is work fine...just the sleep tracking...

Before use swr30 im using swr10, i think the swr10 is fully function out of box...

Don't use sleep tracking but I just got an update for my SWR30 and first line on what's new is:

"Sleep tracking is now available for Smartband Talk. Monitor sleep and view sleep pattern..."

Its fixed already after the update. I saw the sleep icon on my Smartband Talk after it updated.

Yep, it seems the firmware that came out overnight adds the sleep metric to the "Activity details" screen.

yeah that is cool they added that but when i tap on it it goes to battery level smh instead of going to each one , they need to get on the ball to keep up with the new stuff coming out
