Lines on the display

Good evening! My mobile phone has horizontal lines when I turn it on. This is very similar lines to each other, covering a good portion of the screen content. What does this mean?

Hi Mascibran83,

This could be hardware or software, If developers options is not turned on, I would suggest first performing a software repair on the device.

1. Download the PC Companion software from PC Companion and install it on your PC.

2. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.

3. Phone Software Update.

4. Start.

5. Repair Phone

6. Continue

7. Accept data removal

8. Next

9. Wait for prepare

10. Select Phone

11. Follow the connection steps

If this does not help, I suggest you contact Sony Mobile Customer care directly for help.

Good evening, Jake! Thank you very, very much for the help! I added you as a friend, because I work in tech support area Sony, and daily I face a source of complaints about the phones from Sony. You just forgot to recommend the backup of the information before use of PC Companion, but this does not diminish your good work !!
