Edit Music Info (walkman)

Hi, I recently clicked on the Download media info button on my Z1 Compact's Walkman. Lots of the updated information is clearly wrong and I can't edit it. It's wrecking my head and messing with my playlists. Is there any way that I can edit the wrong information?

The info provided is done so by Sony but by an outside company and I know how you feel, When this happened to me I had to copy all my music to my Pc and delete the files from my phone then I downloaded a program call mp3tag and went through all my albums and fixed the files then transferred them back and turned off the ability to find the info on the phone

Better disable this annoying Gracenote from Walkman because is useless!!!! Let us to edit our information how we want, but disable this GRACEnote thing!!!!

You can via tapping the 3 dots in the Walkman app then sliding the Music unlimited to off - The download music info title will still be there but it won't be automatic

or open Settings then Apps and swipe to All then locate and open the larger file size of the two Walkman apps that appear and tap on Clear cache and Clear data then this will reset your walkman's settings which is probably the better option to disable this Gracenote as it will then need to be set up again and without your input it will be disabled
