Yea this feature does not work for me either, nor my wife who has the same phone.

We have tried with our case on, case off. We have verified the setting is set correctly. If you turn the phone over it stops the ringing, if you shake you can disregard the call, but it never answers the phone when you bring the phone to your ear. Two phones, same problem.

Thoughts?

Bernard

Has anyone got this working. I can stop the ringing by placing the phone face down but haven't had any luck answering a call by bringing it up to my ear. I have to open my SCR24 case and slide the green phone icon left to right.

That did cross my mind. I'll try it next time I have to take the cover off. (it has slipped a bit once needing a refit - don't want to remove it more often than necessary - the sticky can't last forever (or can it?))

Just found an on-line set of instructions for the SCR24 case - you have to open the cover and then smart calling should work if activated ! I'll try next time it rings.

It also states that the adhesive gel pad can be re-activated by wiping with a damp cloth.

Yes. Turn Smart Calling on Settings/Personalisation/Motion and when call comes in, OPEN THE CASE and move the phone up to your ear.
