      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't listen music and FM Radio, because audio output don't work. I try factory reset, other sony headphones and reinstall firmware with PC Companion and don't work again. &lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This problem&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN&gt;appears last week, when sometimes the music stops suddenly, but i can play again, but today i plug my headphone and not work.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What to do? Service Repair?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you try clearing out the jack? Blow soft air into the jack there might be something stuck and try again. If it doesnt work, then try bringing and cotton slab that fits the jack and clear any dust or anything stuck in there that could be blocking the jack. Also, ensure that you are pushing the audio input inside the jack to the fullest, sometimes it does not go in all the way. Finally, did you try any other headphones? Your headphones could be the reason. If none of these work, then contact Sony.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best of luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
