    <description>&lt;P&gt;Also some stores like here in the UK have there own service centres in store plus your contract of sale is with the place of purchase and often will be repaired sooner and any packaging costs will be covered by them and not you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased the device in Switzerland last month.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The device has not fallen and was not got hit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but to my surprise Suddenly I found that the screen&amp;nbsp;is broken.&lt;BR /&gt;Really disappointed and frustrated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>You have 2 options&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1. Thommo's suggestion&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Or&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2. DIY it'll be a lot cheaper but you will void your warranty</description>
