Youtube loading issues

Hello
The youtube app on my Z1 is unable to play playlists,The first video plays,it tries to load the next one but comes up with an error message all the time.
My wifi connection is fine and I have the latest version of the app.
Any ideas please?

Could you please elaborate? What does this error message say? Have you tried with another Wi-Fi connect and/or the mobile network?

It says Internet connection error,other times it just says error or it will try to load but it never finishes loading.I have tried both using a different network and wifi but still doesn't work. My spouse has got a Z2 and it does the something.

Hi Langg,

You could try clearing the Youtube application data.

Menu > Settings > Apps > All > Youtube > clear Data.

Let us know how you get on.

I have tried clearing the data but the problem still remains.
