I cant recieved and send sms. call not allowed too since yesterday. but signal is ok

Wifi is ok, phone can read the sim card too. I even reset the phone into factory setting, Ive also the changed sim still same problem. No problem with sms yesterday we tested it, its ok. But now sms and calls are not working. Please help me thanks

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

It sounds like this is a network related problem. Do you have the possibility to try with another SIM card in your phone? You could also talk to your network provider to see if they can find any error.

I tried different sim card and it works, it works only on one service provider sim card. the problem is my phone is openline and I need my previous sim card to use.

I have this problem too & I've tried other SIM cards in this phone, my SIM card that works perfectly in my Xperia S, I've reset my Z1 Compact to factory setting & also I've used Sony Companion too to try & repair it but nothing seems to work.

In that case I suggest that you talk with your service provider. Perhaps if they send you a new SIM card it will work better.
