&lt;P&gt;Try to connect your phone to another USB port. Make sure that you press and hold volume down before connecting to the PC and don't release it until the program has located the phone. The phone shall be turned off during the whole repair process.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I need help, i forgot the unlock patern and i have registered my Xperia J ST26a to an account i cant remember.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So im trying to restore via PC Companion/Repair option but when is ok to go, i cant connect my phone via pressing vol- and connecting USB cable, shows me an uncharged battery and then quit, and the software do nothing....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What can i do whit this? I need my phone back, please&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;P.D. Its a Mexico Carrier located... Telcel.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help will be appreciated. TY&lt;/P&gt;</description>
